To see if you have lost your Internet Connection .........When home page loads ......select SETTINGS .........Go down to NETWORK .......look to see if your Network is connected ....if not select your Network and input password to reconnect

Do you actually get as far as the home page or doesn it not load at all

If you're posting via your home internet/WiFi, the same as your Firestick uses, then we can safely assume that no internet is not the problem!

I brought one from England which was pre loaded with Kodi. all the other stuff on it I would think you get get via other apps etc on any smart TV.
Didn't work in England very well, in fact the stuff I bought it for were not watchable. Its work in Spain it seems as I cannot get it to work at all.

You dont really need kodi its over complicated anf old hat now. Just a couple of apks(same as apps) depending on what you want to watch

All easy to do yourself with guidance from utube no need to pay anyone, I hate it when I see folk being ripped off by ‘experts’ charging anything up to 40 euro

I use both UK and spanish fire-stick in Spain, and both work excellently. You will need your Amazon Prime password. Best with fibre-optic internet connection. Reception not as good on wi-fi.
