Anyone else lost Internet today?

Anyone else having Telfy Internet problems today? Ours (fibre) has been down all morning, wondering if it's a general problem, like it was a couple of weeks ago...

Ours has also been down all day I contacted them they said that routine maintenance has over run and hopefully will be back on soon ?

We changed to Telfy 2 weeks ago and this is the 2nd Tuesday running we have had no internet. Hope this is not a regular occurrence! Internet came back on late afternoon.

Yes ours was down for the 2nd time this month not good,thing is we have our landline with them also so even if there was a warning we cant get on to the internet or ring them to see where the fault lies, might give them my mobile number so they can message me (hopefully)

Ours was down first thing this morning but came on at 8.15 and then went down again. The last time it happened a cut main line was to blame. They do put warning and notifications on
Twitter and main site. We have had telly for 2 years now and we experience very little problems and they really do try and sort it very quickly I feel.

We are with Telfy & internet & more importantly land line down so how are we suooosed to contact emergency services if needed. Don’t trust 4G to get through -it’s just not good enough. Fed up with the excuse this is Spain it’s a huge country not a 3rd world country & should be able to sort it sooner than this, we have now been off for 24 hours. Also seems our WiFi password no longer valid anyone else noticed this. I liked the old one as easy to remember urghhh!!!!!

What is their twitter handle? Part of problem of course is when Internet down, hard to check status! Reliant on mobile data... But agree have had very few problems since going with them over 2 years ago so hopefully these outages are not going to be common occurrence, the Internet is vital to my work...

If you can get access to the internet you can use Facebook page for telfy. Or Google telfy internet problems and Twitter comes up.
