Click on it and it will become bigger. If still too small, use Ctrl and + to enlarge it (which you can do several times).
To put the screen back to normal, click Ctrl and zero

Hi marcliff, got here yesterday and I am not getting any satellite signal at all this happened a couple years ago and it was down to a bug nesting in by receiver on the dish. It's the same thing this time but after removing all the fluff and bugs, it still has no signal. Any ideas can someone come and sort it for me?

You may have bent the pins in the LNB by poking around. There are two of these towards the back of the LNB. If bent / damaged, then would cause such an issue.

Usually would be able to help, but we are on holiday next week (Monday - Friday, not fully open to Monday 31st) - i'll be doing some phone / email / forums support, but most staff & technicians away.

No, self employed individual who got into satellite work. Ex BT 22 years, various roles, last worked for BT Ignite before move to Spain. Always involved in special faults and ran one of the top diagnostic units while I worked there.
