Best broadband deals for home-working

Best broadband deals for home-working

Postby alicenotinwonderland » Thu Aug 20, 2020 6:15 pm

Hola!
Can anyone recommend good broadband deals for the home with reliable providers? I'll be needing a fast internet/download speed for the software and programmes I'll be using. I know from past experience that connectivity can be intermittent in Quesada but I would rather pay more for something reliable, fast and steady. Any advice or recommendations most welcome. Gracias!

We have two providers due to a contractual overlap at the minute. However, can report the fibre with GoFibre seems reliable and we are getting the quoted speeds. I’m also seeing out the WiMAX contract with Telfy. It served us well but at 2/3 the price and faster speeds the GoFibre connection is a no brainer.

We have fibre from RJK which so far has been reliable and provided the quoted speeds. We also use it for home working when we are over.

I am up the hill from the golf course and have virtually no mobile signal sadly. It's an issue for me I would love to resolve as I work from Spain so my Telfy phone bill can be €100+ a month using the landline.

Like you, if I am to get a mobile signal I need to hang, one leg off, from the roof terrace in a corner of my house....

We have also recently gone with RJK. We get 600gb for €19.90 a month

Installation was reliable and professional and after one month of use we have had no issues with service

Many thanks for all your replies. I'll look into Go Fibre and RJK. We are currently with Telecable which doesn't seem very stable and keeps dropping out - is that normal for all the providers or just Telecable? Does it depend where you live?
