Canon 3600 printer

We have recently changed our internet provider, and while everything else is fine the printer is still showing as offline. We have tried resetting it but no luck. Does anyone know how we can reinstall the printer so that it will be back on line

use the usb connection to set up the wifi first

Try leaving the printer and pc or laptop on for a few minutes then switch both off from mains not from the switches on the printer and laptop then switch back on from mains then switch printer on followed by laptop may work but best way is to get a usb cable from laptop to printer borrow one or buy from chinese make it is correct usb one end square connector other end
