If it for exterior use be careful of the Spanish laws forbidding the videoing of public places.. i.e. pathways, roads etc..

To be honest, 2 megapixels isn’t great.
I’d be looking at something around 5mp for a decent quality picture.
Also, this system uses coax cables to wire the camera back to the DVR. That’s okay if it’s being installed in a shop, but it could be a bit tricky if you’re installing in a Spanish property.
Most modern domestic systems use either wired Ethernet or wireless Wi-Fi technology. Obviously wired Ethernet has the same issues as wired coax. You can use Power over Ethernet (POE) to get power to the cameras, but they still need to be hard-wired back to the DVR.
Wi-Fi camera don’t need to be wired back to the DVR, but they do need power, so a mains supply (to give the 12v that the camera will need) near to the camera location will be needed.
You can mix wired Ethernet and Wi-Fi cameras with some DVRs, but not all.
Pete.

Are you resident? or is this for a holiday home?
Do you have Broadband?..... Is it connected all the time, or only when you visit?
We use a mixture of Fleuron/SRI IP cameras and Foscam IP cameras to protect our apartment. The Foscam cameras are far better both in picture resolution, IR cutout and reliability but require some programming of your router (IP forwarding etc). The Fleuron's are OK in that they will alert you, They're easier to setup and very cheap but we've never got the phone app to work with email and they don't support IR cutout. The Foscams are around £50 and the Fleurons' are under £20. All our cameras support pan & tilt and audio and our broadband is permanently connected
If you're looking for an IP based security solution I can advise but I'm just another Joe. I'm a DIY chappy that used to work in IT.
