English Phone numbers

Hi
We have just found out that our English Internet main line number no longer exists on our package deal with Scan Sat. No notice was given but it explains why we were not receiving calls. We still have the Spanish main line number but some callers do not wish to use this number.
If anyone knows of a company that will provide an English Internet number. We would be prepared to change our contract if needed.

Trying to understand what you mean as I’m not up to speed with Scanscat systems. So did you have a UK landline number that people could call you on?

Hi. Yes we have had Scan Sat for many years and we were given both English and Spanish land line numbers together with TV and internet.
