I am also having trouble over the last two months, TV is freezing on a frame OR no picture at all. I have had EXCOM out and they changed the router, it seems to have helped a little on the downstairs TV but the computer is freezing now and again and the upstairs TV is very unreliable most of the time. My TV provider says it is a Wifi problem and Excom say it is the tv providers problem so they will not come out again. I have asked the computer shop in Benijofar to come and sort it out for me so that I actually know what the problem is i.e., TV provider or Wifi, personally I think it is the Wifi as I also get a sign showing Connection problem on the top middle of the TV screens, both upstairs and downstairs!!! At present not very happy with Excom!!!
