Firestick to watch UK TV?

Sorry to piggy back on this thread but I would like to know if people living here use a fire stick solely for watching UK tv ?

We have Uk tv via satellite and getting fed up each year getting somebody out to re align the dish due to winds we seem to get each year now on the Costa. Even light rain messes up the picture.

We have internet to watch Netflix as well.

I would also like to know what other channels people watch through the fire stick, for instance would it be possible to watch the British Lions tour to South Africa on it ?

Not interested in iptv as too many horror stories!

We have more than one firestick, in Spain and in the UK. They all work superbly well. It all hinges on which apps you install on them as to what you can watch etc. Some are free but we pay an annual fee of £50 for "Rocket Media" There is nothing we can't find and watch. Films, TV programmes worldwide and every sport (even the pay per view) at no extra cost. Best things we ever bought. Obviously a decent internet is required.

Thanks for the reply, can I ask does that mean you could still see the Lions tour with what you have ?

I thought there were people on the forum who offered loaded fire sticks for sale with everything on them ?
