Very weird.
IF you "get all the channels" then you should get ITV3 also... as ITV3 and ITV4 share the same frequency..so as you say you get all channels which would include ITV4 (and ITV2+1 and CITV), then you should also be getting itv3!
It is also one of the stronger "weak" frequencies.
Perhaps you are using a "basic" free to air box, and have not done a rescan to pick up the ITVs on their current frequency , as they did move them about middle of last year.
