HELP CANCELLING MOVISTAR

Can anyone tell me how to cancel Movistar telephone service please?

Do you mean mobile phone or landline ?

theres a moviestar shop in Rojales village, just approx. 500mtrs past the Bp garage on the right ,Mas y mas and Dia supermarkets on the left. why not go in and ask,

I recently cancelled my landline & ADSL with Movistar but had to do so in Benidorm as it was near to the town I lived in.Must be the same though anywhere.I took my router into the shop & they actually phoned the relevant Movistar number as I explained it was almost impossible to reach them,quite a common complaint I found.Eventually the number responded,perhaps because I was taking up time on a phone at one of their shops! I had to answer a number of questions one being,would I like to transfer everything to a new address,if not,why not.I just said I was leaving Spain!I was given a receipt for return of their equipment.Having said that I have wifi with a Quesada company but in my area it is quite poor & ,I think,not much cheaper than I was paying for ADSL Movistar.I am probably going to go now with Telitec,a company I knew back up north as I want a reliable phone contact with my elderly relatives in UK who won't use the internet & it would solve my frustration with this poor wifi.They arrange everything too in English so hopefully it will all work out.

It is to cancel landline. I think I need to send a fax or visit the shop in Guardamar. Thank you for your advice.
