if I buy new TV in Spain and take it back to England will or can I get Freeveiw on it ?

Yes. Just need to factory reset, then put in the UK settings when setting up. Run digital scan and away. Seen this with Samsungs & LG's - majority of new TV's are same models across Europe (poss exception weird named budget brands).
