Internet connection

We want to get internet connection, we have a ground floor Buena Vista apartment with no access to roof and currently do not have a landline, we have TV with satellite dish through Torresat the dish is mounted on the wall at the front of the apartment, we are located just behind the Avenida del Recorral. I have spoken with Telfry (Skynetlink) and they tell us we need roof access, any help on how to resolve would be appreciated.
