Does anyone have an alternative to dvblab as I am on the wrong side of the hill overlooking the golf course and it's out of their range

Hi

You could try TV Cable Santa Pola - http://www.tvcablesantapola.es/

They have a new antenna close to Coopers and the reception is very good.

As with other sites you pay for the service when you are in Spain ( part months charged as full month). There is a reduced charge about 7-8 Euros for months when service not used. You can either have a 3mb or 6mb service. We have the 6Mb and this provides a good service for Emails + Skype.

We also get our TV from them as well.

Not sure if anybody else uses this firm?

Regards

Hi grayone
I would be interested to hear what they said. Were they able to help even though you are golf side . We are having the same problem and have been trying to find a suitable provider to give us internet access but only as we need it I.e. switch on switch off. Cheers Audbro

Hi Grayone,

I also would be interested to know how you got on as I too live up by the golf course and need a TV/Internet package soon as it's costing me a fortune on my mobile!
Again, the reduction in monthly cost when the house is vacant would be a great advantage.
Does it take long to get this set up do you know?

Cheers

Hi we subscribed to Telecable don't know if they have a dip in dip out service but 59 euro set up and 15 euro for 3meg the thing that attracted me was no contract as such you can cancel the service at any time without penalty!

Cheers

This is what they sent to me when I asked about dipping in and out

"There is no fixed term contract, we just ask for a month´s notice. We have a holiday offer whereby we can reduce the monthly fee while here, any package is reduced to 7.87€ per month until your return. "
