Internet issues-Telfy

We have just arrived Quesada to find the Internet not working. We are with Telfy and use the non-fibre optic package. We have contacted Telfy and they have promised to get an Engineer.
Is anyone else experiencing the same issue?

We're in Quesada and are with Telfy with non fibre and havent noticed any problems this morning.

Obvious I know, but have you turned your router off for a few minutes and then on again.
We spent nearly a whole day once waiting for the Internet to come back on after a storm and didn't think of doing this until later in the day and it worked...doh! Lol

I have turned it off a few times with no luck. I’ve contacted Telfy office numerous times, hopefully they sort it out today although they haven’t highlighted any local but for the windy conditions.
Fingers crossed it’s sorted today or else TOH wouldn’t be pleased.

Yes we had problems with ours, but my neighbor didn’t! Engineer came yesterday and all is ok now. A piece had broken off in the wind on Sat morning so had no service till yesterday afternoon.

We've seen a few damages in the wind - so quite likely something may have moved a little - it's likely to be that.

Phew! Internet finally sorted yesterday. The engineer came around and fixed it in a few minutes. Thanks all for the quick responses.

did the engineer say what the problem was zuby ?

He said it was an authorisation issue. This is an authorisation they give to each router and it’s usually done every 2 years or so.
