Internet Speed

Have you been doing any digging in your garden recently. Possible the plastic conduit may have been damaged. Worth a look as sometime soon Orange are installing fibre in Quesada and a new cable will need to be drawn in.
It is normal for Telefonica to say the conduit between your house and the street is Yorkshire responsibility. When we moved in we found that the conduit had been severed during the installation of the pool. I had to install a new one.

That is a possibility!! My husband has been digging!! We need to investigate just in case he was digging where the conduit is!! Thanks.

Paul I am aware of that but I use both Orange and Vodafone when 1 runs out I switch to the other only costs me 53 per month
