Internet

Without wishing to start a war of words
My internet is currently provided by Vega Fibra and I pay almost €30 month for internet only and I wonder is there is a better deal out there in terms of price, download speed on fibre optic and service provision.
I don’t want mobile nor landline nor tv bundle just good old fast internet

Telfy is good and reasonably priced. We have fibre optic so pretty fast. It would be worthwhile giving them a visit in Rojales

We have GoFibre and had them for over a year and have had no problems whatsoever. We pay €20.90 for 600mbs speed . It never drops out or is slow so can recommend them

Hi Ron, it will depend on whether you have fibre in your neck of the woods, or whether you have to rely on a little dish on your roof.
The fibre companies are now attaching cables to telegraph poles instead of putting them underground. Have a look around your area, if you have fibre there will be plastic boxes on the telegraph poles with the company name written on them.
You could ask at your local bar to see who they use, they will probably have the most cost effective and reliable systems.

Hi Ron, I know you said you dont want a Phone/TV package, But we are also with Vega Fibre and have the Phone/TV and 600MB and also pay just under 30e a month. Perhaps a visit to the office could get you a reduced deal.

Very interesting I tried this link and it shows 74mbs With Vega Fibra I’m paying for a supposed 1000mbs but testing with Ookla the test they use it shows just 79mbs Now there may be a reduction due to work being carried out for example but closer examination of my Ookla history tells the best I’ve had recently was 107 mbs on 2 January. I’ve asked VF for comment
