Recommend contacting TV Tech - who sponsor/advertise on this forum and are long established locally http://www.televisiontechnology.eu or email [email protected]
To save you time - if you want the absolute cheapest, you're likely to buy an oversubscribed service, which will give you instability and often is the complaint of many - servers overloaded with too many clients, to bring costs down = a poor and unstable service.
If you double the amount of clients of the servers maximum capacity, then you can halve the price, but also get half the service as its way over capacity. This is why often clients change services. It's a trick used by cowboy firms, who end up with a high turn over of clients, rather than happy long term clients.
Bottom line - You can get really good value - but you are likely to find the cheaper you go, the more likely you are to have poor service, instability and a lack of support.
Choice of equipment is also important - as using for example a 6-year-old MAG box, will not compare in performance/features and integration of newer models.
