Losing Satellite Connection

For the last couple of hours , keep gettong the message no signal on the TV -check cables, etc then after a couple of minutes it resets itself,
We have turned it off checked the cables and ll seem Ok but still happening,
Over the last month we’ve lost ITV 2, 3, 4 our local West Country ITV, we do have some plus 1 ,
Any suggestions?

We had that yesterday afternoon around 6ish I think it was my husband said it was the weather/sun?? Been OK today so far. Exact same message

Watching on plus 1 now, but still lost ITV 1, 2, 3 and 4 watching all all on plus 1, I’ll give it a couple of days and see if it sorts itself, feel better youve had the same problem, thinking we’d have to perhaps get the satellite realigned

Most ITV channels have changed frequencies in the last few months. They have closed a lot of SD ITV1 regions, to make room for more HD ITV1 regions.
Sky and Freesat receivers will automatically update to the new frequencies.
But if you are using any other type of satellite receiver, then you will have to perform a scan to located the ITV channels on their new frequencies 10891 H 22000 5/6 and 10906 V 22000 5/6.

I did a scan a month ago when we first lost itv west but couldn’t find it but will you again

Did another scan. Obviously doing something wrong , as 0 progs found maybe I’ve got the wrong satellite! But still watching TV just ITV is the problem

There is no ITV1 Westcountry in SD any more. ITV close them down. (there are only about 7 ITV1 SD regions now, where as before there we about double that, and they, and their +1s are onw crammed onto the two frequencies i posted earlier)

The only ITV1 Westcountry are now in HD only - two only - Westcountry West, and West Country South West... both HD, both on the same frequency : 11053 H 23000 3/4... but the ITV HDs are on very weak signals and need the right size dish, the best LNB, all aligned and skewed correctly,. If out by a few millimeters then no ITV HD channels.
