Meganet - Loss of connection

Morning all,
We have been suffering loss of connection with Meganet (TV goes blank, for a few seconds and sometimes the content goes backwords and repeats itself), we are on the 200 mb package.
Are other people in the Quesada area suffering the same?

What are you using to receive the tv signal

Have you told meganet there is a problem if not tell them ,might be a known problem

We had a problem and it was sorted very quickly.

We have the fibre into the house and direct into the TV, ive called into the shop and they are going to put a test on the line, ill keep you all posted.

Ours goes off regularly every night in the early evening, some times for a few seconds or up to a couple of minutes , enquired at the shop and asked to keep a log and report back , I wondered if , because it was the same times that it was a switching issue with there equipment .?

we experience a lot of signal loss in the mornings and not much in the evenings, sometime the program we are watching goes backwards by a few seconds ?
