Meganet

Hi anyone got any experience of Meganet. Got a flyer yesterday and their internet rates look very good. Currently with Telfy and no problems just wondered if anyone knows what this company is like in terms of reliability customer service etc

Rates look good but see here for word of warning re installation so you might be wise to check that additional cost.

If they are installing fibre in my road though I will be very interested as I work from "home" so need the best connection I can find.

I already have fibre and the flyer states free installation with a 12 month contract

Leslie ive no personal experience from Meganet other than an email online with an offer when i called in to claim the offer i was told i the only person who does emails & i would not send you that i was then quoted a different dearer price plus connection charges so i left. But ive also heard bad vibes around the area about them. Also theres a lot of fibre optics going on in & around Quesada area but not by every company so i would make sure first. I went with Telfy myself & have found them to be superb, I had a problem yesterday afternoon i called there office & was told an engineer will call you to fix the problem as it could not be done by the office 2 hours later i had a call from the engineer to say he would arrive soon. Once he arrived it took him 5 minutes to find the problem & fix it Thats what i call good service & worth paying for.

Have had meganet for over 12 months now without a problem and a lot cheaper than Telfy

So far so good for us.

Had nothing but problems with meganet keeps losing connection and the staff in quesada shop are rude but everyone has different opinion

We too - No problems

We have Meganet 100 Mb/s for a year now.
It works 100% OK. Speed is 100 down and 20 up, as promised.
IPTV works perfectly, as well.
Great service, quick installation and good pricing.
What else can you ask for?

Just getting it fitted now , with the exception of them supposidly here at 9am (turned up nearer 11am) welcome to Spain i guess ...
