Movistar Phone Line Kaput

Came home yesterday, telephone working but line kaput.............strangely enough internet seems ok.

Our friends who are visiting staying in their paid some way away from us have the same problem but also no internet. Have contacted Movistar in the hope they get it sorted. Anyone else had a problem this weekend?
