Does anyone have netbox we have tried all the movie apps and we are finding that if you watch a film for about a couple of minutes it goes back to the beginning, does anyone else have the same problem or does anyone know how to fix it.

Try switching off at the wall and wait a few minutes before switching off again. Have not got Netflix but this happens on the ethernet tv sometimes. Good luck,

Netbox and Netflix are not the same thing - Netflix, worlds biggest streaming service. Netbox - android box using indie apps - opposite ends of the spectrum.

Email the Netbox provider - if cannot find fault - can be difficult to diagnose as the issue may well be with the app itself, though could also be down to issue with the android box compatibility or another update which may be required - so make sure box itself & all apps are up to date. It could also be that Kodi (assuming that is the base software being used) needs an update itself. Probably a compatibility or update issue somewhere, but needs going through one item at a time. You can also try un-installing and re-installing the app.

This type of equipment can cause issues - it's ok for technically minded/patient - but Kodi and the 'free IPTV' is reliant on software and apps, by indie providers, running streams on servers that no one is monitoring and everyone jumps on. Summary, a lot, potentially to cause a headache and interruption to service. Free satellite is different, simple - Free IPTV (both equipment & software) not the same can be complex, not ok for all users. People will tell you otherwise when they sell you the box, but not for everyone, as usually needs ongoing maintenance & if you do not understand or wish to deal in such matters - there are better solutions.

Back to the main point of the original poster - this type of question can get quite technical, so would suggest a good place to look is on the Kodi or Android or app-specific forums. The issue is potentially a complex one to answer as we can be dealing with different hardware, running different android version, running different Kodi version, running a specific indie app or apps - so one that may require people with some idea or reasonable technical knowledge.

Locally if stuck, there are people that can pick the box apart and re upload all the apps, which will cost you & in all probability will need re-doing in the future as well. Sorry. 4 or 5 years of Android & Kodi support has turned me bitter Kodi, one headache too many.
