Hi is anyone experiencing difficulty using their mobile phone and texting with Skynetlink as their provider... also cannot get any response from the telephone numbers.... house phone okay.

sorry I have not been very clear,,, I cannot get any response from the skynetlink phone and my own house phone appears to be working okay.... its the mobile..
