Request on behalf of a friend. Has anybody had any problems with ole Wi-Fi? Bad connection? Contacting head office? As I have not had any problems with them before.

We had probs with them been with them for 4 years , internet getting slow . Was down to 0.5 and paying for 3. So in the the end dumped them. Went for skynetlink. Very happy with the service so far , they phoned to check thing were ok after fitting ect and getting 10. And have added home phone a well. and they did all the change over so we could keep old number.

Our internet keeps going slow and we had terrible problems with the phone, really bad connections on several occasions. We contacted them and they sorted it pretty quickly, thinking we might need to upgrade internet though as it still isn't great

I have used rhem for near a year just upgraded to 6 mb seems to be working ok not had any problems, so far. Pete.
