on the 27th august i purchased a printer from quesada computers-big mistake. firstly I looked on their web site, chose a model & it showed that they one in stock so i drove round there only to find out that they did NOT have one in stock. when i said that you were showing one in stock the chap in the office (paul randell) said that their web site needed updating and that they only had one printer in stock which was an hp 2720 which unfortunately i bought. It never ever
worked properly, even after taking it back on 4 occasions, and i finally gave up on it yesterday, 17 sept. when i had to print a pdf file, it started to print OK then the printing went haywire and then it spewed out 11 sheets of blank paper. On the 18 sept. I binned it. Stll, what's a 103 euros.

correct! you should be talking to them about it and maybe they could have helped you a little bit more but damaging a businesses reputation over something that could be solved isn't exactly the best way to go.

Definitely take it back and if you don’t get a refund ask for the complaints book (Libro de reclamaciones) every business must have one by law.
Then when you get your money back go to Quesada Tech under the BIG fm studio and ask for Richie or Des, they will be able to help you out. Great guys and very knowledgeable and helpful.

I did take it back and asked for my money back but was told to come back when the boss comes to work.

nothing wrong with that it is the owners responsibility so why not do as you were asked

He said he's taken it back 4 times, so think he has a right to get his money back ?

because it's easier to bin it and then have a rant and bad name a business on social media about something that you didn't take back to the owner of the shop! like you was asked to

I think taking it back 4 times gave the shop more than ample opportunity to rectify the problem. And the old con of “come back when the boss is in” is just that a con. The shop has a responsibility to the customer and if the person in the shop can’t resolve the issue then they need to employ decent staff who can. The op should have asked for the complaints book Which they legally must have. That usually gets them moving
