Hi I tryed to get smart tech to send out engineer to solve problem but no answer some said a guy called jpeg might help me so if you can see this can you please pm me thanks

Sorry I'm only new to this I have just come to algorfa 3 weeks ago anyway my problem is I have done everything what the booklet says I connecter to the arc connection but wont accept all I want is to connect to tv

I think you need to contact Lockey he has a Sonos system I have just looked on the website and it is a WiFi setup

That's what its says in the book one end onto sonos the other into arc connection which is hdmi connection on tv
