Skynetlink/Telfy Office Rojales

The Telfy Offices seemed to be closed for most of August and someone else has been trying to contact them without reply. I am in the UK at the moment but was considering using them.

Are these offices now closed ? Is there a sign saying why they were closed for August ? To be fair I did see their vans driving around still !

The office should be open next week..you can still contact them on 966 190 904 option 2 for English..We have fibre optic with them & always had a good service from them

I had a prob while they were closed . So i emailed them from there internet site did it at 12.30 and man was at house to fix 16.00 the same day.had very good service from them .

We also use Skynetlink for wifi provision. Very impressed with their after sales service. Internet was down after a thunder storm (last only a few minutes) and because we are not connected via cable (too remote), rang their office and someone rang back the same day to ask if we were back on-line.
I remember a similar event occurred while we were in the UK and it took our service provider (no names mentioned) 4 days to ring back!
