Hi Pete, only a power cable included in the box, need to connect to antenna via Torresat receiver (I think) as no channels being detected ? Would be grateful for any help you can offer, Lyn

To use the 'smart' (i.e. Internet based) functions of the Smart TV then a power cable is all you need, as you'd then connect via Wi-Fi to your router.
Some smart TVs have a built-in satellite decoder, so you can connect the cable from your dish direct to the back of the TV and scan for satellites. People who know much more about this than me tend to say that you're actually better-off with an external satellite box, as the results are often better.
You wouldn't normally connect an external satellite box to the TV through the antenna -the quality will be very poor. Much better to connect via a digital input such as SCART or HDMI. I doubt that your smart TV will have a SCART scocket as these have been superseded by HDMI.
If your Torresat box only has SCART and your TV only has HDMI then a newer Torresat box would be my first suggestion, but you can get SCART to HDMI converters such as this:

Torresat use either a converted cable or satellite box - their system is actually neither - microwave rebroadcast. Boxes usually flashed with own settings (half the time they hide the settings as it shows what frequencies their illegal transmissions are on )
I'd hope they at least have an HDMI output, in which case all you would need is an HDMI cable?
On your old TS box, you should have 2 cables, the power one and the other to connect to the TV - as mentioned above, hopefully HDMI if not, you may need a converter or alternative cable - though will depend on the output of your existing box. If you want to give us a call, we may be able to talk you through it - just need to know what output the box has in order to offer best guidance.
