Hi just got a sonus system for my birthday I have done all what it says in the manual but it still will not connect to tv I have put the lead into arc but still i cannot get it to work can anybody recommend a person who can fix this thanks

Sorry I spelled the system wrong it's a sonos system if there is anybody who know this system can you please post a reply I just cannot seem to get it working thanks

Is this the sound bar? If so have you set it to your tv via optical lead? Also download the app and search for it

By all means get jpeg but I have a Sonos system myself with sub woofer and play 5s

Hi Bobby19, I have a big Sonos system at my home in the UK. 9 speakers plus a soundbar for the TV, also a small system in Spain 3 speakers.
They are meant to work wirelessly using a small Sonos boost hub that transmits signals around the home. You can then control them all individually from your smart phone.
It sounds like you want to use it as a stand alone speaker for your TV. Sorry not sure how this would work. I suggest you call Sonos support, they are absolutely fantastic. They have a freephone number from the uk to their help centre in Holland. Just google Sonos Support to get the number calling from Spain. I am sure they will help you. Good luck. Alan.

SmarTech Solutions in Benijofar are the local Sonos dealer so, if you are still struggling, try them.

Hi. Perhaps if you let us know exactly which Sonos items you have, we can help with the set up, as there are many different products in the Sonos range.
