Are you on a community? If so, you should have a communal aerial already fitted and there should be a socket in your house/flat or whatever which you just plug in. Unusual for any property not to have this already in.
Depending on where you are, sometimes an indoor aerial will be enough if you are up on one of the hills.
If not then you can get an outside aerial fitted to point to either the Guardamar or San Miguel broadcasters. (sometimes hills get in the way).
Your TV should have the equivalent of Freeview built in as most TVs do now and it is just a matter or tuning the digital channels in.

Your TV is less than 5 or 6 years old, should have a digital tuner built in.
Generally, indoor antennas do not work too well here as signal is not great in the first place - you may get something, but you are unlikely to get most /all.
As Marcliff states - if you are on a community, it is the legal requirement of the community to provide the TDT, or at least to the nearest point in the street outside your property. May just need a cable connection.
If no community system - 3 prong decent antenna on the roof, pole mounted usually. We can do these type of works - community and private.

If you ARE on a community and they have no Spanish aerial, they have a duty to pay for the provision of a Spanish system...ours have to as our aerial blew down many years ago and at the time we had no Spaniards, then a few of us decided to get Spanish TV ad this raised its head at the AGM, good luck

I put up a three prong aerial and have a TV with built in DTV and can say the reception is excellent in La Fiesta area. The same reason as you, wanting to improve my Spanish. We also have vodafone internet TV which provides a lot of Spanish TV channels, so that may be another option for you. Our aerial came from Aki and was not at all expensive. Good luck.
