Can't see the problem here
All clients paid monthly for a monthly service and the end has come
No one being charged from when it went off

Not sure "Superbob" whether you are genuine or not ??? I have not received anything from Superbeam either from Bob or Mandy saying the service is finished, can you clarify if you are the owner or a client ?

No Im not the owner but these are the facts

Website down
Telephones disconnect
No email explanations
No on-screen messages
No pay Sky/Bein Channels
Reports of guardia raids

It dont take a rocket scientist to work it out

In any course
Everyone will be devoluting their direct debit and claiming back the last 6 months or so - no one will have lost anything

win win for all :)

NEXT STEPS

1. Buy another service from a bedroom operator / reseller and pay for 1 year up front and wait for that to go off too

2. buy another service and pay monthly - job done

Hi Superbob thanks for the clarification, still not sure if you have an agenda or not, but I will wait before jumping ship, all I know is I have had great service for many years and I am hoping that Bobs parts arrive soon to fix the problems..only thing that worries me is the Guardia Civil bit I saw about having to go to Almoradi Police Station, the transmitter is in Rojales and if any Police action, this, surely would be dealt with by Rojales ?????

I don't have Superbeam but you might find that it would be Almoradi Guardia Civil dealing with it as I think they are the nearest station with links to the Guardia Civil's national databases. This is true in the case of registering guests for holiday rentals, we had to go to Almoradi to get access to the national database for registration as they had jurisdiction over Rojales and Quesada and the surrounding area.

As was stated on the last topic (or 2 or 3) on Superbeam - This sort of situation can bring all kinds of other TV operators out of the woodwork (some in disguise) and although not implying that there are any with an 'agenda' on this topic now, please be careful of private messages received and new members coming on to ''recommend' other TV operators.

There are those, so we hear, who are still receiving service and those beating the jungle drums with non-proven stories of the collapse of this company. Therefore, as has been said before, wait and see and try not to jump ship too soon, until you know what's really happening or happened.
