We’ve had Superbeam for about 12 years. For what we pay, have been really pleased with it. Agree that the information when everything disappeared last Friday, was non existent. And it took too long for us to be given an explanation. Not very professional!! But.... almost full service has been resumed now, and I hope that Bob can resolve whatever problems he has had. Still not sure exactly, what has happened, but we’ll hang in there with Superbeam, as it’s the best option for us, at the moment. Plus we only pay month by month, so no great worry regarding money, if it should all end tomorrow (Hope it doesn’t :p)

Not money well spent nowdays, when for similar money, you can get systems with 20 x the live content, catch up and masses of on-demand content. Superbeam is a relic & far better value services with more facilities and newer hardware exist now.

Superbeam used to charge €500 or more up front before it went off a few years ago  Today's market a little different, more choice. That's €500 to install €100 of equipment, then a monthly fee. How things have changed.

We were told the sports or football taken offline?? perhaps this was the issue this time around?

I did try to have a look at Superbeams website and firstly got this:

Superbeam

Identified as security phishing flag?

Then shortly after appeared a new website, blank, no information (still coming up as not secure). Looks like old site pulled & new one up, but not the finished article. €35 per month is the only price I can see, which seems expensive, no other info.
