Teleast / Avatel Shutdown?

HAS ANYONE ELSE IN THE TORREVIEJA AREA HAVING PROBLEMS WITH TELEAST/AVATEL RECEPTION?
MY TV WENT OFF LAST MONDAY AND HAVING SPOKEN TO TELEAST 3 TIMES ON THE PHONE THEY CANNOT GIVE ME AN ANSWER AS TO WHAT HAS HAPPENED.

I ALSO EMAILED THE INFO ADDRESS TO NO AVAIL EVEN THOUGH THEIR AUTOMATIC RESPONSE SAID THEY WOULD GET BACK TO ME IN 24 HOURS. THAT WAS ON THURSDAY!!!


CHANGING PROVIDER ON MONDAY. ANY SUGGESTIONS?

GoFibre is who I would suggest, they have a shop down in the church square Torrevieja or the easiest for you maybe by the needle roundabout, going by your profile you are in Torreta 2, the shop is opposite terapilar the builders merchants, you can't miss it. At the moment I believe it's free connection, pop in and have a word.

Further to my PM in December, Teleast have now contacted me on the 25th Feb to sort out my TV problem!!!
They have also tried unsuccessfully to take monthly subscriptions from my bank.
You couldn't make it up!

Been there, done that, got the T-towel. Think we are still a few euros out of pocket but gave up in the end, you can't seem to get through to them, they don't understand or don't want to!
