Hi jpeg or any other knowledgable computer person. I have been trying to download the software for a digital certificate for two days now but whether I use Chrome or Edge i get the same message. Can anyone help me on this one? Is my computer too slow or is it the Spanish website itself. All cookies etc were accepted. Any help gratefully accepted.

I got mine from The Card Shop in Quesada, you need you SIP card and mobile phone you used for contact with you. Easy and painless and not expensive.

Thanks for that but did you mean NIE card rather than SIP?

Both a more technically computer competent friend and I have both tried to download the software on two different laptops for a digital certificate and both of us keep getting the same time out error messages. All attempts have been requested in Spanish and all cookies accepted. We even tried on Chrome in incognito mode. No success. Has anyone on the forum actually succeeded in downloading this software themselves without having to pay someone else to do it? I would just be interested if there was a trick they used. Or do you know someone local that can help for a reasonable fee?
