In this instance it may be better to separate services / packages for best service / stability. It is not like the UK where you can get Sky or Virgin, we are starting from a much slower stability point locally, which has to be considered if wanting stable combined services - as one (internet) can & does affect the other (TV).
Generally speaking if landline available, there is no 'on / off' service and 4G is costly (though considerably better) than the microwave services, which I believe are the only option offering the 'stop - start'.
The 'on - off' internet solutions (we offer through Telitec https://tvtech.sharepoint.com/Pages/Int ... lanca.aspx) are microwave based services. Whilst perfectly adequate for web browsing and general needs, can be a little stretched stability wise on IPTV services. Additionally for this type of 'paid for' TV service, you end up paying for the internet + TV on an ongoing basis. There will also be a minimum defined period you need to use within a 12 month period. In the instance of this service we offer - 6 months out of 12. Most companies will have a minimum use requirement, otherwise they would not make a profit.
Locally, if wanting free to air TV - the most economical solution is to put a up a satellite dish, as once installed - no 'switch on - switch off' service is required, as is always on. Pay once, then no subscriptions. If issues with internet (or off), does not affect the TV.
There are a few different ways to go about this, but IPTV or streaming wise, you do need to be cautious as do need fast / stable internet and with all microwave providers, this is ultimately not the best or most stable solution for IPTV - 4G and landline or fibre internet is better - hence the suggestion of if possible, worth contemplating splitting the options and have a satellite dish for the TV and treat the internet separately.
If it is not possible to install a dish, there are a few IPTV options - from subscription free (not as easy to use as satellite and quality is lower - but is free viewing) or there are premium packages available with (from) 1 month at a time 'pay as you go', which is suitable for those travelling back & forth.
All services and costs, listed on the website below.

Orange is no good for IPTV as is capped data, which is generally not recommended for IPTV. 4G uncapped, which is available, around €60 per month.
However if (as suggested) separating out the internet & TV (it is the TV which chews up 30 x more data than anything else on IPTV) - then if using a satellite dish for the TV & 4G or other for internet, if this is capped and not using for TV (which it would have to be for an economical 4G package), then should be o.k.
