Carrefour for new
I have a used TV Samsung 32 inch HDMI for sale PM for details

I wouldn't use Carrefour, after sales service is rubbish and has been for many years

I have used Carrefour for may years and never had a problem with after sales It's all down to your attitude when you approach them Try being nice

We have had lots of electrical stuff from them, no problem, they even came out to sort prob with tv, I agree with freddo.

To be fair - and address some balance.

I have found if you have to return anything to Carrefour - the response can be more down to staff issues / waiting than anything else. Both myself and partner at different times have needed to return things to Carrefour.

Once I was made to wait 3/4 hour in a queue and was met with a snotty attitude, despite me being polite. My partner also had to wait around ages and said the member of staff she dealt with was pretty unhelpful.


I think you need to be lucky on who is on customer service for the day.


Best place to buy shop wise.

Media Markt - 1st junction for Elche of motorway. There is a branch in Zenia Boulevard too - which will have more English speaking staff, but is a little more expensive than the same shop in a Spanish area......

Online - www.redcoon.es cheapest i've found & we have bought a few TV's off them for work. Can't comment on after sales (as no issues) but best prices.
