Hi , Ive just moved to La Marquesa , have satellite dish and freeview boxes but now have lost so many channels, does anyone know someone who could re tune my televisions for me . Thanks.

Generally there will be a menu function whn the satellite decoder is accessed and in that menu there will be an option to retune
If you have a tv with a built in satelite decoder then same applies
Yiu should be able to do that without having to pay a technician

It may mean your dish needs retuning or is not performing correctly. For now, let's assume not.
Would start with deleting all the channels on existing satellite receiver, then running a 'blind or NIT' scan, as this bypasses the frequency tables in the receiver (which could be out of date) & takes an incremental sweep of the sky, picking everything up (then you can delete what you do not want).

If after scanning in, you are still missing channels, then would usually indicate a dish / signal issue - rather than a box one.
