Hope someone can help please ?
We have a holiday home in quesada and come out every 3 months for 10 to 14 days, our TV box is rubbish so we want to have WiFi so we can bring out our firestick, our question is ? Do we have to pay a lot monthly for decent wifi ? What sort of price will we expect to pay? Or does anyone else have better suggestions ?
Thank you in advance

Before we moved out full time 2 years ago we had a package with telphy where you cud switch on and off but to get this you had to pay for instalation.
Telecable do something similar I think.

Several companies in the area do switch/switch off internet access. Telfy, Telecable, DVB Labs and so on. Lots of adverts around in the local papers.

We use DVB Labs and have done for some time. I think about 100 euro to have it installed and around 23 euro a month but ours includes a telephone with a landline number and free calls to anywhere up to 500 minutes a month.

You can inform them when you are coming over and they will switch it on for the time but you have to pay for a full month.

They also provide a television package for about, if I remember correctly, 10 euro a month. We don't use that as we have a dish but had it at the beginning when it was included in the price and got all the UKTV channels plus loads of others.

Internet monthly is available at about €23.99 per month.
Problem. This is per Calander month.
Should you arrive eg 25th May and plan to return home on 24th June, you will have to pay for 2 months.
Originally,we contracted annually then thought we’d made a mistake and changed to switch on, switch off without realising that we were going to be charged from 1st to 31st per month. We were charged a large sum to make the change. Because we’ve been over 3 times this year, we’ve paid for every single month in order to have the luxury of it upon arrival. Think before you decide.
All that said, it’s worth every Penny to have it.

I use DVBlab too, app €165 for installation and €19 per month as and when required.

This is for 10mb Download speed and this is more than enough to watch live sport on my Firestick.

My smart tv has a built in tuner, the combination of this and the Firestick gives me plenty of content.
