I just want to share with everyone and future home owners who are looking for reliable property management company and planning to rent out the property my experience with this Quesada HouseSitters.
I started to rent recently my property and since I did not have any reviews from the guests it was important to get positive reviews. I got a lot of positive review from the guests because of the service that Judith provided. She is not just passing the keys to the guests but her additional services are very helpful such as book with all attractions in the area and mobile app that guests can use. Also, she is helping to resolve other additional request for guests that were coming with small kids, old parents or late arrivals. On top of the excellent service she provided for our guests she took care of our property while it was empty. She took care of our garden, find at good tradesman to do some work in our house at very reasonable cost. I am very happy with everything she is doing for me. I do not have to worry about my property while we are not their or any problems that might occur when guests are their.

I totally agree with Lana, Judith and Quesadahousesitters are the best property management company in the area and will go out of their way to ensure the apartment and the guests are well looked after.

I have to agree with both posts, i have used Judith and her staff at Quesada Housesitters for about three years. I have always find the house spotlessly clean and smelling fresh upon arrival.

Cannot recommend enough.

I have also used them for a one of clean after purchase of a property and they were excellent.

Hi although we wont be renting out our new holiday home (its solely for our use) we are looking for a cleaner to come for the last day of each of our holidays to give the villa a once over - does this company provide this type of service does anyone know?

We're in the process of selling our apartment, having found our country house, but we really can't thank Judith enough for the care she's taken of our property and guests this year. We just wish we'd found her earlier.

The apartment has been cleaned beautifully and checked for security, between bookings. As others have said, the care doesn't stop once the guests are installed. All their enquiries, etc., are dealt with, promptly and cheerfully.
