So dog walking ok. But restrictions start tonight, not Monday.

You are not to go to friends houses for social reasons, dinner etc though as Matthew highlights here, not clear how that will work...

It says hairdressers, dry cleaners, launderettes and opticians will be open.

The launderette where I live (One of those kind of pop up places) is always busy and full, so that's not going to help the spread of the virus.

It's still all quite vague and unclear.
Earlier it said after 7 hrs of discussion no decision was made and this would now be made on Tue. Now it says a decision was made! Some reports says from tonight, others from 0800 Monday and others Tuesday.
Business is open but only for workers. Therefore, say, can you take a car for repair? Medical centres for essentials, so is a x-ray appointment still on or off or any other booked GP appointment.
There is a real lack of clarity

I'm keeping an eye on this page, I think it is the government website:
https://www.lamoncloa.gob.es/Paginas/index.aspx
Strangely they haven't added today's lockdown announcement yet, so will keep checking.

I know this may sound stupid but can people still travel to the airport providing it’s still open of course

The airport may remain open but most if not all airlines have, or will be, cancelling scheduled flights so there will be little point in going there.
The exception will be for dedicated 'rescue' flights for which airlines will contact individual passengers with details.
It remains to be seen what their position will be for anybody not availing themselves such flights, it wouldn't surprise me if RA at least deemed it a 'no show' and as a result voided a return ticket when normality resumed!
BTW since when was a visit to a hairdresser deemed 'essential' to daily living?

Apparently it's a moral booster, they were open in war time
