Marcliff, thanks for your info, am I right in thinking the A Z will also be given to those 69-65 (born in ‘55 so not the present group) just wondering if that is the case.that they will finish the 60-65 then start at the 69 and work done? is that feasible?

They only changed the policy late last week on increasing the age range for the AZ vaccine to now give it to the 60 to 69 age range (was only 60 to 65). They will probably announce then next age ranges at the end of this week.
Just remember, in the Valencia Region, there are nearly half a million in the 70 to 79 age group and in the 60 to 69 age group there are nearly 600,000. It may take some time to get around to them all especially as the companies are still sending less vaccines than they have promised. They have already called many of the 60 to 65 age group and have to honour those appointments. Then they will start on the 69 year olds and work down.
So far, as of last Friday, Valencia Region had only received just over 1,100,00 vaccines in total and have already given over a million of those which is over 90% of those received and have to keep a certain amount back to make sure those who have had the first one will receive the booster when the 3 or 4 weeks is up. I'm sure they'd like to vaccinate everyone very quickly but it will depend on the supplies being received.
Even the Janssen one arriving tomorrow is only 300,000 doses for the whole of Spain.

Anniep, I too am born in 1955 and it looks, if Marcliff's summation is correct, that we will be the last to be done in the 60-69 age group.

In case you're wondering, it's not just us expats/immigrants/displaced persons (or whatever) that query when they will receive their vaccines. The Spanish press is full of people wondering when they will be called. The reply seems to be that, with all the changes that seem to happen each day, there's not really an answer.
They are going by "risk" which could mean those who come into contact with the public, those with serious medical/transplant problems, age or whatever.
The fact that they keep changing the age ranges is having an adverse effect. Those between 45 and 59 who have already had one dose of the AZ vaccine will no longer get the booster with that vaccine. They will now, probably, get the booster with one of the other similar technological vaccines. They called up those from 60 to 65 to get the first AZ vaccines and then changed their minds and upped it to 69. Of course, they couldn't cancel the 60 to 65 appointments so the 66 to 69 will be delayed until they are done. If they are also using the Pfizer jabs (or whatever) to give to those under 60 who have had the first jab then that will be a shortfall for those between 70 and 77 as they called the 78/79 years old ones first. The gov is adamant that all the over 80s who accepted the vaccine have been done but there are stories that people in Torrevieja over that age still haven't had their first one.
Add to that the shortfall in vaccine supplies (Spain promised 20 million doses in the first quarter but only received half of that, Valencia Region promised 120,000 of AZ vaccines just last week and only received 12,000 or Catalonia promised 148,000 of AZ and only got 14,000 for example) and you can see they are having problems.
They are currently on strategy number 5 on who gets vaccines and that doesn't even include the age range for AZ being changed.
There are almost 1.3 million people in the Valencia region over the age of 60. That currently means 2.6 million doses required to do both. They have, up until last Friday, only received 1.1 million (ish) in total so they will need a lot more to be able to get through the age groups. Then deduct all the "essential" people they have vaccinated (teachers/police/health workers/the 29,500 who live in residential homes (that's 59,000 jabs for them alone)/dentists/firemen/ambulance workers and so on and you will see it is the amount they receive that will determine when you are called forward.
Me and 'er indoors are 71 and 72 (so 1950 and 1949) but will wait patiently for that ever important SMS with the summons.

UPDATE !
Today 13.4. : 15.45. Queue of people up to the street. About 15 people in front of us. Spacing, well....
At the same time as the vaccination process, a second person checked the SIP. Nothing else!
Total waiting time until we were both vaccinated around 30 minutes. With the "post vaccination break" of 15 minutes, we were on our way home after a good 45 minutes.
Appointment for second vaccination dose: 4 May, same time.
We got Pfizer.
The only criticism: we didn't get anything in our hands. Not even a paper with the next appointment on it. Let alone a confirmation of the first dose.
Let's see if something happens after the second dose in terms of the vaccination card.
we are happy !

Apparently, when you have had your second jab you can download a certificate using the link above.

the information that can only be found in the original package insert from
AstraZeneca can be found in the gigantic archives of the EMA
can be found.
"One dose (0.5 ml) contains:
Chimpanzee adenovirus that contains the SARS-CoV-2 spike glycoprotein
(ChAdOx1-S) * coded, not less than 2.5 x 108 infectious units
(IE)
* Made in genetically engineered human embryonic kidneys
293 cells (HEK, human embryonic kidney) and by recombinant
DNA technology.
This product contains genetically modified organisms (GMOs). "
In addition, the information that is pointed out in the information sheet
becomes that one could die from it.
