Apparently you can go out to buy fuel. What is that referring to petrol, has bottles, pellets, looking logs?
Most of the log yards are closed not sure if it was it their choosing.

Anniep bombóna de butano or bombóna de propano or bombóna de gas are all correct. Butano and propano are types of gas. The good thing is that the original poster has now learned a phrase in Spanish. Keep up the good work TEAEFF.

Also the little word "voy" is one of the most useful words to know in Spanish. It means "I go" or I am going"

I think the one word “butano” would suffice.

Mondo, have you used butane in your gas fire too? That's what my parents use, just wondered if you noticed a difference between the two?

Nope.. got the fire installed by Ambifuego and they recommended propano...and that is all I have used.

Could anyone enlighten me on my following dilemma, I'm cold and I've ran out of bottled gas for my heater. Would I be infringing any of the isolation

orders if I drove to a garage to purchase a replacement bottle. I don't speak Spanish and if I encountered a police control I would have difficulty explaining my situation. Perhaps some kind person could give me a few Spanish words that I could print out and give to the police. If you can help thanks.

Keep safe,
Teaeff.

You can of course call them on the phone and they will deliver..
