Errors on certificates

My wife has had her second vaccine, but what we printed of the certificate the DOB was incorrect we are being told that this is a general problem, and cannot be easily rectified. The day and year are correct but the month is wrong

Has anyone else had the same problem ?

If your wife goes to your local health centre they should be able to rectify the date of birth and the. You can reprint the certificate.

Seems unusual as you have to enter your date of birth in order to print the vaccination certificate.
Are you saying you put the correct date of birth on the application but it prints out the wrong dob?
In which case the dob would match at the health centre but, somewhere along the line, the Valencian gov have got it wrong.

Have you tried both certificates, the Valencian one and the EU covid one? If coming out wrong on both then you need to contact the phone number that is given on the application sheet, 900 300 555.

Thanks Marcliffe , we will try that , we went back and they changed something on the system so that we could enter the correct DOB to get access but it prints wrong , we will try what you suggest
