Halloween

Postby Willow » Wed Oct 21, 2020 6:02 am

I want to have a few people round to my house for Halloween, what is the limit on guests, it will be outside and we are all neighbours who have been meeting regularly over the last few months.

Family and social gatherings are to be limited to a maximum of 10 people. This is just a recommended maximum in this area at the moment. The social distancing among non household members should be 1.5m and, if this cannot be guaranteed, face masks should be worn.

Been posted loads of times on this very site and the Daily Updates thread has updated them as and when necessary.
There's also the DOGV (official Valencian Government Order but only in Spanish or Valenciana).
Most of the newspapers like El Diario, ABC Valencia. Also the other papers like La Vanguardia and El Mundo but for Spain in general.
All the Brit freebie papers like European Weekly News have published them several times.
Just put Valencia Region restrictions in Google and you'll get loads of links.

VisitValencia.com has them all.
Some of the papers only give some of the restrictions and the official ones are in the DOGV,

Here's the translated bit from the DOGV that was issued at the end of August and has now been extended until November 9th.

The transfer to the Valencian Community of the measures agreed for all of Spain also includes the recommendation to limit family or social gatherings, in private spaces, to a maximum of 10 people.

Face masks of the correct specification are to be worn at all gatherings where the minimum social distance of 1.5 meters cannot be guaranteed.

Note that the limit of gatherings in this area is only a recommendation but the wearing of face masks is compulsory.

You need DOGV 8885 dated 18,08,2020 and paragraph 2 of the regulation apply

You think it's a good idea when the infection rate is rising in this area and the health experts are asking for you restrict gatherings. Maybe one way to have your party is for everyone to have a Covid-19 test its possible to get it in Torrevieja but you must pay for it.
