Do I need to fill in a passenger locator form to travel within Spain. We have Spanish residencia and live here full time

We travelled to Lanzarote in November and did not need anything other than our passport/TIE

No you don’t. Someone mention on here a while ago there Is nowhere on the form which allows you to enter a departure address in Spain. It won’t let you fill out you’re flying from Spain to Spain
Have just found information on Balearic Islands website to confirm.
See screenshot.
If you don’t need it to travel to the islands, then the autonomous communities on the mainland won’t need anything.

No you don't Ron. Back in the early days at certain times you couldn't leave your own Communidad or you couldn't enter certain towns but all that went with the standing down of the "state of emergency" or whatever the Government called it at the time and the country was opened up.
