This link is from Asturias but there is a facility to ask a question about any doubt you have about activities which are allowed or not.

Question 10 asks about collecting someone from the airport and the answer from the authorities is that it is best to get a taxi. Again there is no black and white in the legislation it is really down to the interpretation of whoever stops you.

Can I collect my son from the airport as there are no buses running when his plane arrives.

I can understand wanting to go to the airport to collect a family member but I don't recommend it. The authorities recommend it is better to take a taxi.

I am in the middle of a refurbishment project for a customer who lives several doors away from me. My tools and all materials are on site. Am I permitted to carry on these works, or is it considered non-essential?

Yes I am registered self employed, and have numerous weekly contracts to fulfil too. I just wondered whether I would be questioned by the authorities as this cannot really be deemed as ‘essential ‘ works?
