Help for elderly couple (shopping, doctor's visit)

Is there an organisation that helps people who temporarily need assistance with shopping and doctor's visits?
I am asking for English friends of mine in La Fiesta (Quesada). The husband is very ill and can't drive and the wife has no driving licence. Both are almost 80. It's a long way to the shops and she can't walk that far (let alone carry groceries at the same time).
They need help to get to the shops and to the doctor.
I myself live in Norway and the couple's only daughter lives in the UK.
Can anyone help or advise on where to find help?

Try 3C's care and nursing they do all that and more 10 euros an hour.or it was up until May. A friend used them for shopping, doctors and cleaning.

Check whether Mercadona or Consum deliver to their address. The order can be submitted remotely by a friend or relative. Mercadona deliver the order in bags to the door and I highly recommend their service. There's a charge of a few euros which is much cheaper than a taxi for me.

The Smart shop (Gama) do free delivery & they will pick you up & take you home again with shopping. They speak English if they ring them. Tel. 966719092
