Hope you enjoy it - I would like to do this too but not sure if it's a bit too far for me, although I love walking. Please let us know how it goes and what it was like.

It will be a leisurely stroll, only 20 miles.

Hi Jan,
Well, we finished the 30Kms. walk and all is well. I only heard of one casualty.
This was a super event for anyone with reasonable fitness to enjoy. The weather was perfect for walking although it did get a little warm in the final quarter.
All major road junctions were controlled and marshalled by the Police in expert fashion.
We were given apples, bananas and water at both stopping points and a BBQ at the finish.
No one was left behind and we all finished within a couple of hundred yards of each other.
Fabulous, see you next year.
