I did google the Amigos cycling group but definitely not 'easy'. Even the over 70s cycle over 40 miles at quite a fast pace!!!! Eve

Not sure there is a slower group. But you could start one. I'm sure there are many who would like to cycle the riverside paths for example. Perhaps even my wife

There are a few cycling groups in the area and cyclogical will keep you right for times and meeting places. There are ladies and gents beginners hybrid groups on a Monday, more advanced groups on Wednesdays and an advanced couples group on Saturdays. Some Saturday's, there is also a very leisurely, slow, short ride for beginners. There are also road bike groups.

When I am in Spain, I normally go out in the groups and have always found them very friendly and welcoming.
